INBIOT Pty Ltd respects the privacy of institutional contacts, learners, faculty participants, individual programme participants and partners. This page explains the basic information we may collect through this website, our programmes (including the AI Agent Starter programme) and related enquiry channels.

Information we collect

When you contact us or participate in an agreed cohort, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, institution, role, cohort requirement, course interest, attendance, onboarding status, lab activity, practice-readiness status, certification status where shared with us, and information you voluntarily provide in your enquiry.

How we use information

We use enquiry and cohort information to respond to requests, prepare proposals, coordinate pilots, provide delivery information, manage learner onboarding, provide agreed institutional reporting and support institutional due diligence.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with relevant delivery, operations, lab, certification or institutional support personnel only where needed to respond to or deliver an agreed service.

Institutional reporting

Where a university or institution sponsors a cohort, INBIOT may share agreed cohort-level and learner-level operational reports with nominated institutional coordinators, such as onboarding, attendance, lab activity, readiness, completion and certification outcome information.

Individual participants and consumer programmes (AI Agent Starter)

Where you enrol in or enquire about an individual, self-serve programme such as AI Agent Starter, we may collect your name, email address, enrolment and payment status, masterclass or preview registration, sandbox and lab activity, Evidence Pack generation status, support requests, and any details you provide through our enquiry, deployment or certification forms. We use this information to deliver the programme, provide support, respond to your enquiry, and process your purchase or refund. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider under its own terms; we do not store full card details.

Data you should not upload

Our sandbox environments are for learning with sample data. You should not upload confidential, personal, client, legal, medical, financial, or employer-sensitive information into a sandbox. INBIOT is not responsible for sensitive information you choose to upload contrary to this guidance.

Third-party services

Email, WhatsApp, payment processing, certification, learning, lab hosting, exam delivery, analytics or website hosting services may process information under their own terms and policies.
